Rapattoni Launches NetMagic Installations

Rapattoni NetMagic SIMI VALLEY, Calif., May 7, 2009 – Rapattoni Corporation announced today that it is beginning the installation of its new NetMagic association management software (AMS) system. With a simple to use, graphically superior, and feature rich design, NetMagic will change the paradigm for real estate association management software throughout the United States.

According to Nick Rapattoni, president of Rapattoni Corporation, "With NetMagic, we are moving AMS to a 'software as a service' model. Our customers will only need PCs that are connected to the Internet, and they will be able to run the software without purchasing expensive hardware. Rapattoni can host the system and free customers from the complexities of Internet and application hosting and support issues, thereby simplifying an association's operations and significantly reducing costs. I am happy to say that requests for NetMagic are coming in daily, and installations are already being scheduled."

In April, Rapattoni successfully completed NetMagic installations for five associations in Illinois, which are affiliates of Midwest Real Estate Data (MRED), one of the largest MLS organizations in the nation. The MRED affiliates operating NetMagic include Belvidere Board of REALTORS®, Illini Valley Association of REALTORS®, Northern Illinois Commercial Association of REALTORS®, Oak Park Board of REALTORS®, and West Towns Board of REALTORS®. Earlier, the Malibu Association of REALTORS® in California and the Dearborn Area Board of REALTORS® in Michigan were the first two Beta installations.

One of NetMagic's new features enables MRED to easily aggregate all of the affiliate associations' member information in real time, while also keeping its users' data in sync (in real time) with the National Association of REALTORS® NRDS database. Associations will no longer have to complete data transfers and nightly updates. The data is always current all of the time.

According to Bud Fogel, Chief Executive Officer of MRED, the MLS for the greater Chicago area, "NetMagic blew us away with its incredibly intuitive user interface.
