Two Year Directors (Vote for Two)
Sheri Aguilar

Hello everyone, I’m Sheri Aguilar and I was born and raised in the Central Valley.  I am also one of the lucky few who is able to devote my time fully to a profession that I truly love.  I have two college age children and a wonderful husband that help to give me support at home.  I’ve had my RE license for 6 years now and in that time I’ve earned my CRS, e-Pro, and just recently the CDPE designation.  I have learned to embrace the convenience of technology without loosing the personal touch.  I’ve taught the LAR new member orientation class for the past two years and have enjoyed getting to know the vast variety of back grounds and diverse personalities that make up our great association.  I love to learn and share that knowledge with others and would be honored to serve as your next board member.

These are difficult times.  In difficult times it is important to remain vigilant.  Our City, County, State and Federal governments are looking for ways to increase their revenues and become more involved in the sale and purchase of real estate.  Our LAR board has done and continues to do a fine job representing us at all levels.  As the size of our association grows, so does our voice.  I wish to bring my knowledge and experience in our local and state government to our board.  I wish to assist our board in remaining vigilant against bad rules, regulations, and fees that may be perpetuated against us, as Realtors or against the process of buying or selling real estate.  I know the system.  I believe I can be a valuable asset.

Jeff Lippert

I’d like to introduce myself, my name is Jeff Lippert and as many people know I have been a Lodi resident my entire life.  I’m a straight up, tell it like it is kind of guy.  I was a Director for the Lodi Association of Realtors® in 2003-2004 and enjoyed representing my fellow Realtors®.  I’ve been involved in the Lodi Police Volunteer program since 2001.  I graduated from Leadership Lodi in 2004 and have many contacts within the community.I became a Realtor® in November of 1997.  I had uncles in the business and always wanted to give it a try.  I found myself enjoying the negotiation process and the feeling you get when you hand someone the keys to their new home.  The flexibility of the profession also allowed me to spend time with my three kids.  The current market is challenging for all Realtors® and I’d like to be involved in the making of improvements in the way we all do business.  I have a crazy sense of humor and I’m willing to stand up and speak for you.  I am also very dedicated to you and our Association.

Robb Roberts

My name is Robb Roberts and I am a candidate for the 2010, 2-Year Board of Directors position. My history within the LAR Association and this industry has been 8 motivating years. I became licensed at the age of 21 after having been around and involved with the industry most of my life. I began, and am today, a part of a small, local, family-owned and operated company in Galt. Galt is where I call home and Dry Creek Realty is the office. Upon graduating from Sacramento State in 2003, I obtained my California Broker's license and within the same year I became a Licensed Residential Appraiser. In 2005, I obtained my Certified General Appraiser's license. Today, I actively balance the two professions. Within our Association I have served on the New Member Orientation Committee for the last 4 years, where I teach and welcome new members to the real estate industry. My goal in becoming a member of the Board of Directors is to assist and provide an active opinion as to the future of the Association, as well as offer support for the current members and officers. I feel it is a responsibility of membership to be an active and informed member and to offer professional views and expertise where I feel I am competent to do so. My motivation is to provide a positive and supportive role in the interactions with the California and National Association of Realtors that ultimately benefit our members and hopefully create valuable results to our profession.

I am currently the treasurer for the Clements Lockeford Chamber of Commerce.  I have been on the chamber board of directors for 12 years, serving as vice-president, president and treasurer for the past five years.  I have also served a four year elected term on the Lockeford Community Services District Board of Directors.  We were in charge of supervising and overseeing the water and sewer issues in the Lockeford area and worked extensively on the sewer plant expansion.  I enjoy giving back to my community and will continue to do so in the future, and I hope this includes becoming a director for The Lodi Association of Realtors.
