Rapattoni to Offer Robust Statistics Feature to MLS Customers

Trendgraphix Simi Valley, Calif., July 21, 2009 – Rapattoni Corporation (Rapattoni) announced today that it has inked a deal with Trendgraphix, Inc. (Trendgraphix) to offer a powerful real estate statistics and reports feature to its Rapattoni MLS customers.

Commencing August 1, 2009, Rapattoni's customers will have the option to offer Trendgraphix's powerful TrendVision Reports to their end users. This new option will allow MLS staff, brokers, and agents to view reports showing current, historical, and seasonal trends in real estate pricing, inventory, and days-on-market analysis. In using these new features, agents and brokers will be able to conduct more in-depth forecasting, negotiate listing terms with greater confidence, and help manage seller expectations in a dynamic market.
