Rapattoni takes customer service to new heights with RightNow
Simi Valley, Calif., April 7, 2009 —

RightNow® Technologies' (NASDAQ: RNOW) on demand
customer relationship management (CRM) solutions, greatly enhancing
the customer service experience delivered to real estate associations
and MLS organizations, while improving operational efficiency.
After an extensive vendor search, Rapattoni selected RightNow's service
solutions. The exciting new software enables Rapattoni support staff to
better serve customers via e-mail, Web and phone through advanced
incident management, an expansive and fully integrated knowledge base

customer satisfaction surveys.
In addition, Rapattoni MLS users are now empowered with a new Support
