FOR YOUR PLANNING & FINANCIAL INFORMATION-Dues for 2009, which includes fees to LAR, CAR, & NAR, will be $375.00 plus any contributions you may wish to make to the Housing Affordability Fund and Political Survival and initiation fees for new members The 2009 billing will be sent the last part of November. LAR’s portion will remain unchanged at $125.00 for 2009. For the fifth consecutive year the Initiation Fee of $100.00 will be waived, for any REALTOR® wishing to transfer to LAR effective immediately through January 31st, 2008. LAR’s 2009 Masters Club qualifying amount will remain at $5,000,000.
