FOR YOUR PLANNING & FINANCIAL INFORMATION-Dues for 2008, which includes fees to LAR, CAR, & NAR, will be $370.00 plus any contributions you may wish to make to the Housing Affordability Fund and Political Survival.  The 2008 billing will be sent the last part of November. LAR’s portion will remain unchanged at $125.00 for 2008. For the fourth consecutive year the Initiation Fee of $100.00 will be waived, for any REALTOR® wishing to transfer to LAR effective immediately through January 31^st, 2008. LAR’s 2007 Masters Club qualifying amount will remain at $5,000,000.
