Masters Club

Purpose

To encourage cooperation and good will through MLS and to lead by example exhibiting integrity, honesty, fairness and professional conduct. 

The LAR Masters Club publicly recognizes REALTORS® who have conducted their business under the Masters Club guidelines and who have achieved a minimum in sales production which will be determined on a yearly basis.  The Masters Club is strongly committed to professionalism and to the spirit of cooperation

The minimum in sales production needed to achieve Masters Club for 2010 has been set at $3.5 million.  MetroList Masters Club Report shall be used for 2010 to determine sales production.

Invitations to join Masters Club will be mailed to qualified applicants on Friday, February 18, 2011.

Application Deadline:  Friday, March 18, 2011 - NO EXCEPTIONS

Eligibility

-The applicant must be a licensed Real Estate Agent or Broker, and a member in "Good Standing" of the Lodi Association of Realtors® as a primary or secondary member.

-MetroList Masters Club Report shall be used for 2010 to determine sales production.

Masters Club Report

To pull a Masters Club log onto Prospector with your Agent ID and Password.
From the Home Page click on Searches and select Standard Search. 
Uncheck all Active Status boxes and check only the Sold box.  Enter Selling Date of 01/01/2011 thru 12/31/2010.
Scroll down the page to Listing Agent ID and enter your Agent ID.
Select the "Or" button just below the Agent ID field.
Under Selling Agent ID enter your Agent ID.
Back at the top of the page click on Search.
The search results page will appear with all properties you listed and/or sold for 2010.
Check the box on the Category Tab to select all properties in your search.
Be sure to check the box for each category (example:  Residential, Commercial, Lots and Land, etc.)
Click on Reports back at the top of the page then check the box for Masters Club Report and click Run Report.
Your Masters Club Report total will be at the bottom of the page.
