Welcome to LAR, Your Local Association of Realtors® serving Sacramento, San Joaquin and Stanislaus Counties. We are California's Central Valley destination for local Realtors®. If you are new to the area, changing or adding associations, LAR and METROLIST SERVICES, INC. invites you to be a part of our great organizations. Below you will find links to applications for both the Lodi Association of Realtors® and METROLIST MLS.

FOR YOUR PLANNING & FINANCIAL INFORMATION-Dues for 2012, which includes fees to LAR, CAR, & NAR, will be $389.00 plus any contributions you may wish to make to the Housing Affordability Fund and Political Survival.  This does not include initiation, orientation and set up fees for new members  The 2012 billing was sent to our membership the last part of November 2011. We have reduced our local dues by $90.00 in honor of our 90th anniversary, LAR's portion is $50.00 for 2012.

CURRENT REALTOR® MEMBERS TRANSFERRING TO LAR - For the sixth consecutive year the Initiation Fee of $150.00 will be waived, for any active REALTOR® of another association wishing to transfer to LAR effective immediately through February 29th, 2012.

Applications are accepted during the hours of 8:00AM to 4:00PM Monday-Thursday and 8:00AM to 3:00PM on Friday.
