UPCOMING NEW MEMBER ORIENTATION

2012 Membership Fees must be paid in order to attend this class
                        

Materials Needed:        Please bring your copy of the Association’s Bylaws and the Multiple Listing Rules & Regulations.
                                          ►  These were given to you when you applied for membership.

Request:                    In preparation for the class, we ask that you read through the Code of Ethics which is
                                      located in the back portion of the Bylaws.  This will better prepare you for the section of the
                                      quiz that is on the Code of Ethics.

Refund:                       An Orientation Fee of $50.00 is collected from each new applicant.  The fee will be refunded when
                                      you attend an Orientation class.

Mandatory:                 The Orientation Class is mandatory as per the National Association of  REALTORS®.
                                       Classes will be given approximately every 6 weeks.

Refreshments:             Refreshments will be provided – compliments of the Lodi Association of REALTORS

Future Class Date &  Location:      Classes will rotate between Lodi & Modesto.  If it is more convenient for you
                                                       to attend a later class at a location closer to you, you may wait and RSVP for that class.
