Breaking News! RESPA class action filed against Tulsa Realtors, title companies involved in HUD settlement

A few short weeks ago, HUD reached a $450,000 settlement with Tulsa, Okla., companies McGraw Davisson Stewart Realtors, Closings of Tulsa, Builders Title and several of their affiliates. Now, those companies are finding themselves targeted again, this time by homebuyers who feel that they were shafted by the AfBAs. Leading the homebuyers’ cause is a local banking official, and two of the state’s most prominent attorneys are facing-off on either side as this case of alleged RESPA violations, sham AfBAs and kickbacks heads for a courtroom battle.
